I went to M2 Lending two years ago to buy my first house and I knew I went to the right place when I got all the information and guidance I needed from his team who made it possible by giving me the best rate at the time and helped me to close on time. I refinanced after a year and did experience same hospitality and care. I suggest to anyone to consider M2 Lending as their mortgage provider.

We shopped around to different mortgage lenders to find the best rates - not only did M2 offer the best rate, the response from Chris and his team was always fast and personal. They built a level of trust with us that made it easy to select them as our mortgage lender. After we did, they continued to communicate with professionalism, guiding us through our first home purchase. I would definitely us M2 lending in the future!

M2 beat all the other quotes by a big margin. There was an unexpected hiccup at closing regarding my other lender making an escrow payment that adjusted the numbers. Chris and his team had this resolved in the next 48 hours without any extra hassle on my end.

Great team, they helped me buy my house a year ago and also helped me refinance it now after a year. M2 lending has made it possible to get me a lower rate and lower mortgage payment which was what I was looking for. I definitely recommend anyone to contact M2 Lending for your house financing.

M2 is the best lender I have ever used. I am currently on my forth refinance with M2 and every loan has been an excellent experience. This was our first mortgage and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Chris and M2 were incredibly clear about what to expect, were able to perform their duties on time and in a professional manner, and were vary reasonable in terms of costs and rates (I can't believe I didn't even have to negotiate!). Should we ever need another mortgage or lending solution, M2 will be my first stop.
