So thankful for Dr. Frost and the entire staff of Macedon Vet Care. My family has been going there since they were on Paddy Lane with our family dog and now I travel there from Penfield for my cats. Fair, understanding and supportive they take caring for my fur babies as seriously as I do.
RecommendedI’ve taken my pets to other vet clinics before, but I’ve never felt the kindness and love that come from the staff at Macedon Veterinary Care! I feel so comfortable talking to the staff and the doctors here. Dr. Z is amazing, one of the best people/doctors I know. She is so sweet and always makes you feel welcome! Everyone here is super polite. I love their paw plan animal insurance! Both of my cats are on the plan, very affordable! Our golden doodle got into a dog fight with a very large dog and paw had a bite mark that went thru his paw and became infected and they were willing to see him the day that I called even though he was not a patient of theirs......staff was very friendly and Dr. very thorough and kind. They even made a follow up call 5 days later to make sure he was doing ok.

We brought our dog here to follow Dr. Lovelock, who we have been seeing for the past 13 years at a different facility. Everyone was very nice, and we are glad we went here. Dr. Lovelock is the best, and we're glad she is in a great practice.
Great vets and staff! Everyone is always very nice to my pets and kids. They have been wonderful with our pet care and pet emergencies. We live the law plan, it has been very beneficial for us.
