I was very happy with the incredibly thorough and thoughtful care provided by Megan and Dr. Z! Thank you for taking the time to explain to me what was happening during each process, for explaining the diagnosis and treatment, and most of all for making sure Penny was as relaxed as possible during the whole event. My 12 year old American Eskimo had a dramatic change in behavior last week. Very lethargic. Lost his hearing. I called Macedon Vet that night and we decided to watch and see what happened. The next day he still wasn’t himself so they were able to squeeze us in later that day. Usually we have to give Koby meds for these visits but he didn’t need anything this time. We absolutely love Macedon Vet. I've never had a dog that didn't mind going to the vet, in fact every dog I've had hated the vet. My two boxers wiggle their whole bodies going in to the vet and usually are nervous around people. I'm not sure if it's the peanut butter and cheese whiz or the staff they like better! I was a little disappointed in how far they ran behind this passed week when I was there, but things happen and I'd honestly never take my dogs anywhere else!
The best experience I’ve had.. my dog had surgery yesterday and they were great. Even called to check in on her the next day...very friendly and so glad I brought my dog here
Outstanding care provided to our little Cuddles on April 8 when she had several teeth removed. Very compassionate shown to our little rescue. Thanks
Doc Reynolds was genuinely interested in my pet, you could tell it wasn’t “just a job” to her. She was a great listener, very patient with all of Coco’s issues, and knew exactly the right thing to do/prescribe/advise.
