The veterinarians and techs @ Macedon Veterinary Care are the best! I have had multiple animals there and could list multiple times that I’ve been impressed & grateful for the care received. Most recently, I had to call for an euthanasia appointment for one of my beloved cats. It was a busy day there with only one doctor on duty but they made time for us. My cat was made comfortable, I was shown much compassion, & kindness. This process is never easy but the tech (sorry, I don’t know her name)& Dr. Zagursky were wonderful.... read more

I am so glad that I found Macedon Veterinary Care❤ the staff at this facility are nothing short of AMAZING! I recently had to say goodbye to my baby. By far one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. MVC went above and beyond to make not only him comfortable but myself as well. I came home today to a sympathy card with hand written messages from each staff member. I was very happy with the incredibly thorough and thoughtful care provided by Megan and Dr. Z! Thank you for taking the time to explain to me what was happening during each process, for explaining the diagnosis and treatment, and most of all for making sure Penny was as relaxed as possible during the whole event. My 12 year old American Eskimo had a dramatic change in behavior last week. Very lethargic. Lost his hearing. I called Macedon Vet that night and we decided to watch and see what happened. The next day he still wasn’t himself so they were able to squeeze us in later that day. Usually we have to give Koby meds for these visits but he didn’t need anything this time.
