Incompetent people working the phones! Online ordering does not work either. Don't waist your time order somewhere else.
Very disappointed! Tonight having a hangout with friends, was going to promote their pizzas �... and tell them how great were their pizzas... sO I printed out a coupon from THEIR website and they said that they would NOT honor the coupon even if it was from their website... They definitely lost a customer today... very sad...
I love their food and have ordered to deliver for both home and work. (I'm a nurse) Tonight, I ordered my food at 5:00 and it took 90 minutes to arrive. Not acceptable. Pizza luke warm and lasagna doesn't taste right so I won't eat it. I've been attempting to call to speak to someone since 6:20. All I get is your on-hold recording then hung up on. I'm NOT HAPPY. Normally love the pizza. Order it for pick up every week or two. Today it was completely under cooked, and we had to drive back. When we returned it they actually argued with us! Not going back. Management needs to learn customer service!
Inconsistent food quality, incorrect orders....this regular customer is taking my business elsewhere. Oh, and feedback email to Maciano's was "undeliverable".
Lunch time... Seat yourself and go back for a paper take out menu, go back to register to order and pay, get 2 cups to go fill yourself.. Order comes and u have to get your own silverware and plates from back wall. You get more service at a fast food joint!
