RecommendedI got a 15% email so we ordered 14" thin crust pizza with sausage and mushrooms plus a salad that had red onions, pepreconis, olives, tomatoes which all was delish!!

RecommendedThe delivery was terrible. Their app does not update properly in terms of delivery times. And when I called I was told the driver left nine minutes after my scheduled late delivery time and then did not show up for another 28 minutes. Food was decent and would order again but probably not get it delivered.

The worst service EVER! I ordered my pizzas they told me 30 minutes I came to pick up in 35 minutes, they told me a couple extra minutes, so I paid. They told me they would bring it out to the car. 25 minutes later I went back in, it still wasn't ready. No one came out to tell me that they had to remake it. So at this point, I canceled my order for a refund and that's all the Manager did. Not, I'm sorry, no other compensation to get me to come back as a customer. Nothing! Each Christmas we give Macianos catering a chance and each year we are disappointed with things missing and/ or quality of food. This year it was a tray of Italian sausage without any sauce. Also, the sausage was super spicy and most of my guests had trouble eating it.

RecommendedNormally I have very little issues if any from Maciano’s and when I do they fix the issue right away. However, last time I ordered I ordered their ranch fries which I do Frequently. This time the fries were over cooked and I could have gotten more cheese from a McDonald’s cheese burger. When I called I was transferred to a ‘manager’. Opening a bag of shredded lettuce and putting tomatoes and cucumbers in it is NOT a salad. And I just put an entire 12" pizza down the garbage disposal...it was soggy bland and gross. What a total waste of money.
