My husband did most of the corresponding and was satisfied. I did not have any issues. The only thing that there was a misunderstanding about was the interest rate and the points. I heard my husband in conversation saying that we did not want any points, we just wanted to know what the rate would be with no points. We were surprised when there was 4000+ dollars on the settlement statement for points. Joe did it get that lowered to 1000+ I believe so we appreciate that.
