If we're specifically focusing on Mia, she was great 10/10, and I actually intend to recommend her to some of my colleague's who are in the home buying market, but the home buying process is fundamentally flawed. Outside of Mia and Kala, everything was slow, disorganized and last minute. The process going into the day of close is ridiculous, but apparently that's standard for this industry. So good people, trash system.
