So helpful! – I called late from work because my dog had been panting and having chills. My wife has at home (about 5 minutes) from this location. I called the vet and he said he was out the door and would wait for my wife. I called back explaining the delay he offered to go out to the parking lot and find her. Cool!

Worst Staff, a bunch of scam artists – So take how much it will cost to heal your pet and times it by three, by the time you get out of there thats what you will owe. Since the old owner left in 2007 this place has gone down the toilet, all they want is your money, they will suggest costly procedures that are unneeded, try to sell you unneeded medications and find any way to weasel a dollar out of you. My suggestion is just to pay the gas and go out further to find a better vet that wont try to rip you off every chance they ... read more

Madera Animal Hospital – I felt like they were trying to get money out of me every single way they could. The Dr seemed more inclined to do costly procedures first that he said were unlikely to be the problem before attempting the more likely ones. The first time i brought a pet in they tried to push unnecessary costly services on me. She just had a cold and only needed medicine for that but with the extendended list of things they added it all came up to be over $600 dollars. Worst Customer Service Ever!!! – My mom and I were in there today are were treated like dirt! I have never been so disrespected in my life. Apparently if your dog doesn't cost an arm and a leg to be treated your not priority...Just they way the receptionist spoke to us was laughable. It was like they were raised in caves and were let out for the day! I will never give them another cent of my money and neither will anyone I am associated with. The BBB will also be informed.

Best Animal Care in the Central Valley – From the Veterinarians on to the Assistants the staff care about the animals and the owners. They take the time to learn your name, your pets name, and give you a shoulder to cry on if you need one. Since moving to the bay area, I come back to these people to take care of my pets.
