My familly built with Madison due to MaryBeth treating us like family instead of a customer. You cannot go wrong with building with them so many reasons including no closing costs and no construction loans. The process is so easy! We love our Mecklinburg plan!

There were some stressful times getting the contractors to follow through but our construction manager was on top of things!

Everyone at Madison went over and above in helping us decide floor plans and color selections. They even helped explain pros and cons of some floor plan modifications that we made. During the actual construction we were always kept well informed of the schedule and next steps to expect. It was a pleasure working with them.

The experience from start to finish was great. My wife and I spoke to several builders before meeting with Scott and the Greenville office. We were immediately impressed. Scott did not try to sell us on things we didn’t need. He stuck to our budget, and answered every little question we had. We walked into the this process with very little knowledge of how it worked, and on day one we were met with big smiles and caring. Mary Beth was amazing to work with, and helped us greatly to get ourselves in order to start our build.
