We interview 3 different builders a ultimately we went with Madison after meeting with Billy we knew which builder we wanted to go with. Billy was awesome. He did not pressure us and was very informative. Once the building started we had Micheal as our supper. He also we awesome and informative. The whole team was awesome. From the first day we contacted Madison and talked to Billy, I knew it would be a great experience. Working with our entire team (Billy, Greg, Angie and Angelina) was easy and pleasant. Angie provided weekly updates. Billy and the architects were ok with some changes I wanted in the floor plan and I even made changes during the process. They were always open and budget conscious. I would recommend Madison to anyone looking to build. It truly was a great experience.

Couldn't have asked for a more relaxed house build !! From the very beginning with Billy to our weekly updates with Angie and our personal contract supervisor Greg. The communication was spot on. The construction was always square corners and super hard workers that they hire. They were all just fabulous !! Would high recommend this company to anyone wanting to build a house.

Overall was a good experience. There were a few issues that came up during our build that could have been prevented from the start. But they were pretty easy to work with. They will let you customize some things but not everything. Now they’ll let you change around floor plans (moving rooms, adding closets, shower size). You really just can’t add sq footage. If you want something customized or even deleted off the plan, then just ask them. They will be honest with you on whether or not it can be done. But overall, my experie... read more

Absolutely best experience ever! We have built several homes and this by far exceeded all of our expectations! Billy Horton and Charlie are the best! We definitely have our dream house and they worked with us every step of the way! The quality of the house is above and beyond! They were on time and no delays. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing custom home building experience!
