Madison Park Apartments& Townhomes I Just Want To Say The Staff Was Nice And Ms Jennifer She Was Really Nice So Helpful She Made The Tour Experience Amazing
Business response:
We are utterly delighted to hear that you had a great experience at Madison Park Apartments & Townhomes, Birmingham. Thank you for your feedback.
Great customer service!! The office ladies here are awesome! I’ve been to several other places and have been so frustrated because either the staff was rude, or missed our appointment, or wouldn’t contact me back at all. It’s been such a headache! But the staff here were very responsive to me, very kind, and showed me around and answered all of my questions. I would be happy to rent here. The property was also nice and the apartment I saw was clean and odor free!!

Excellent Staff The staff was so helpful and kind to us. Today we drove by over the weekend they were closed but the Manager was there and opened up and ask us to return for a tour When I saw the manager there when they were closed and she was pressure washing the pool deck. We said this is where we want to live. A place that truly cares.

Wonderful Changes Things continue to change and get better. I was planning on moving, but with all of the changes I will be staying. Kim and Donna have always been great! The new front office staff are warm, inviting and friendly. EVERYONE in the office is always so helpful and responsive. Now if maintenance would get a little faster the place would be near perfect!
