WOW! I was so impressed! I made a same day appointment after another salon was just horrible, and when I arrived at my appointment time, Jessica explained she was running late. But she was so nice, and friendly, I didn't mind waiting. It was worth the wait! My hair color looks GORGEOUS and Jessica was so much fun to talk to as my hair processed! I went into the business and asked for a refund and they did end up refunding me the $85 charge. Initially they said you had to cancel within 24 hours, but I had only made my appointment 16 hours before the actual appointment was I was still clearly still sick when I went in to ask for a refund. So my recommendation would be if you have Covid you probably should make your appointment anyways unless you want to go in and argue with them.

Great location. Always great customer service for all their stylists. I recently had Cassie and Nemo and both always excellent and super professional. I usually have Jessica but everyone is super nice and accommodating. They have a great product and the finishes such as blowouts and straightening always suburb

Woman that waited on me warmly greeted regulars. She seemed rather short with me. The woman insisted my roots are a 2 and the bottom of my hair is a 4, told me flatly I need to match any grey hairs I have to the darker ones. I have light brown, dark brown, almost black and some reds in my hair. She said my hair is tinted on the top, I told her I used an herb treatment, she corrected me and said it's still a tint.
