Terrible service, I went in for a full highlight and left with red and brassy hair and it's so dry I would never recall this salon to anyone. I could have done a better job myself. It's sad when a very high end salon dose you terribly wrong.

I had posted here previously, got refunded my full amount. But I felt a sense of responsibility to alert you ladies to look out for fake reviews like the one posted a day after mine. I ran a reverse image on the profile and it was a fake picture from a brand new account. I even have screenshots of the account when it was first created before they tried to make it look more legit. I seriously am thinking of taking legal action against this business that had to fake a review to bump their stars on yelp! Stop deceiving customer... read more

Well here I am a month later and customer service is worse than ever. I have purchased a couple kits at ULTA for myself and mother..so I know what is in each kit. We found store about 30 miles away and went there to speak in person about color..they were helpful..so purchased two more. I did my mothers last week. Opened mine and activator bottle only 1/3 full. Called and she said maybe they could ship it out..That does't help me now..Called another # online and they wanted me to send pictures...Really? Why...I told her... read more
