I went to Madison Reed for the first time today and was blown away. The customer service was great. My colorist was Steven. He was very kind and communicated so well, so that he could give me exactly what I wanted for my hair. Steven was incredibly knowledgeable. He spoke passionately about their services, company history, membership opportunities, and Madison Reed products. Leslie was also amazing and gave me the best scalp massage. I've had a Pro + membership for some months now and have been pleased each and every time I have gone in for my root touch up. Each one of the stylists that I've had have been super friendly and have done a wonderful job. I'm loving my membership.

Atmosphere was great staff is very friendly. This is not a full service salon. They do color and highlights. Great membership program if you never want to see gray again!!! Would recommend this to everyone.

Had a wonderful color and blowout service here at Madison Reed in Littleton!! Visiting from out of town and the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was there December 14, with Candice, I love this place, I have been scheduling my hair here since they opened and been using )the product. The whole staff is great especially Candice, she is so knowledgeable and knows her color. My hair looks amazing. They created me as soon as walked into the door. Thank you Candice and your Team!!!!

Steven did an amazing job with my hair! He's so personable and made my time there fly by. He took his time getting my whole head saturated in color and brought my hair back to where I like to keep it. Will be returning monthly for upkeep

I absolutely love this place! I have been scheduling my hair here since they opened. All of the staff (especially Steven- who typically does mine) is so knowledgable, and willing to listen to exactly what you want. My hair looks amazing thanks to their team. Candice also did highlights for me a few months ago before my daughter's wedding. My hair is very dark so this was no easy task. She NAILED it!!!! i absolutely love my hair, Melissa did an amazing ash-blonde balayage!! buh a patch of the left side of my face has chemical burn and the customer service was poor. very quiet, the hair stylists most talked amongst themselves.
