I was charged $60 when I made an appointment for hair color on 12/27/22. I was told that the charge was to secure my appointment and that it will be applied toward my total cost once service is done on 12/28/22. I checked my bank statement this morning to find out that I was charged twice. Please review your charges with your bank. I will not be returning to Madison Reed! Also, the stylist is not as knowledgeable as I thought. The outcome of my color was disappointing. Jill H
