After a few bad experiences at a different Madison Reed Color Bar, I decided to try the one in Deer Park. What a difference! Just the natural lighting gives the salon an entirely different feel! The colorists are extremely friendly, and greet me by my name. They talk to me. I don't feel like an inconvenience who has walked in the door who has interrupted a gossip session. Customer service needs improvement. To dry but work is good. This is my second time in the salon ans hoping for the service improves.

Amanda and Tara were wonderful from helping me pick the perfect red with a splash of violet To explaining my hair type, suggesting products and how to use them and how to blow dry curly hair Also explaining the membership, which I plan to take full advantage of Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door

I have been using Madison Reed at home for the last couple years. I find it easy to use and I like the results. I have a lot going on in my life and needed to color so I decided to go to one of their "bars" for the first time and let someone do it for me on 6/16/26. It was such a wonderful experience! You can't choose who you get here and it's not your typical salon vibe . Most of the people are friendly . It's good for a touch up but definitely a place you just want to get in and get out

First time there and I was very impressed! Very nice and clean place, everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and the prices and very reasonable! I'll definitely be back and would recommend 10/10
