Love my color and the staff was amazing to work with they definitely know their colors . I go every 6 weeks to get my hair touched up .

I love this place for so many reasons. I was looking for a more natural approach to coloring my hair and Madison Reed is it! It is also quite affordable compared to other salons. Tara and Sophia are professional and fun. They also give honest advice and feedback when I want to try something different.

Loved my colorist but don't like the fact that I can't request her when booking an appt. Also the colorist never came back to see the finished product or if I was happy or not. And $40 for a blow dry?!? Not sure that I would go back simply because of the above.

I love the monthly unlimited roots membership. It is a great value for everything that comes with it. It includes a gloss twice a year. This helps to eliminate the need for all-over color. I love the hair gel for curly hair. It is a great hold and doesn't flake. The shampoo assistant is really great at this site. I'm really glad they opened a salon at this location it is so much closer than the other sites.

I've tried Madison Reed 2 times and both times -the color was 100% wrong. First time it was the color of Ash -a non human color. When. I complained the stylist told me over and over "How much she likes it!" It's was over $300. Second time -it was red! Never asked for red and the stylist said " Well -I covered your grays!" Yes -but I never asked for red. Again arguing with me. So - if you're not satisfied-basically-no one cares!!

So I did a thing and tried out Madison Reed hair color salon. I'm so disappointed..... I'd give less stars but Tara who did my hair really tried her best to fix the issues I had so I have to give her credit for trying. It was not cheap to come here but it was a little less then the place I was going to previously...... ugh now I know you get what you pay for. If you look at the photos. It was handy, but odd. No mirrors! I went in and wondered if anyone would notice I was there, even at a quiet time of day. Color consultation was minimal. Asked me a bunch of questions aimed at someone who colors their own hair, which weren't relevant to me. (Presumably required script because the business is originally custom home hair color.)
