It was handy, but odd. No mirrors! I went in and wondered if anyone would notice I was there, even at a quiet time of day. Color consultation was minimal. Asked me a bunch of questions aimed at someone who colors their own hair, which weren't relevant to me. (Presumably required script because the business is originally custom home hair color.)
