Love this salon. Everyone is super friendly and you just pick up from your last visit with conversation. I have always had a great experience with my hair color appointments and come here every 3 to 4 weeks.

Wonderful first time experience at Madison Reed. In all of my 52 years I've never been to a "hair color bar" and I was a bit skeptical. But I just don't want to color it myself anymore so I decided to try their location in Garland. Mastoria was my colorist and after discussing all of the many options, she custom mixed the perfect shade of medium brown to cover my resistant grays and enhance my natural hair color. I have been a patron of MR for about 2 years now and was going to the Plano location. I have permanently switched to Garland. The atmosphere is so much more relaxed and everyone is so friendly. The service is also very good and the product is great. My favorite part is that there's no harsh ammonia smell. Definitely worth a try if you are considering it.

my hair looks same color as when I went in I hate it spent 200 dollars for nothing looks the same . Basically went in to get my forehead dyed because there is no color in my hair. Got home to just cry it's like I just gave them free money .

This places is a good location l, the concept is the best specially for those of us in need of constant gray coverage. The staff is friendly. But unfortunately something is happening, the quality and service is declining. The place looks dirty. A lot of towels in the dry bar. No place to blow dry my hair. Product on the dry bar have been almost non existent. Now a brush is no longer available unless I request it and I seem to get a dirty look if I ask for a brush. Very misleading hair spa. They have a highlight section that clearly says highlights But can't provide a service they say they Can provide. Highly not recommend this place very unprofessional workers they will get rude when you ask questions !
I made an appointment only to be told when we show up that they don't do hair for minors. Nothing is listed on the website. They were very rude about the situation! I would not recommend this place
