Love this salon. Everyone is super friendly and you just pick up from your last visit with conversation. I have always had a great experience with my hair color appointments and come here every 3 to 4 weeks.

Wonderful first time experience at Madison Reed. In all of my 52 years I've never been to a "hair color bar" and I was a bit skeptical. But I just don't want to color it myself anymore so I decided to try their location in Garland. Mastoria was my colorist and after discussing all of the many options, she custom mixed the perfect shade of medium brown to cover my resistant grays and enhance my natural hair color. I have been a patron of MR for about 2 years now and was going to the Plano location. I have permanently switched to Garland. The atmosphere is so much more relaxed and everyone is so friendly. The service is also very good and the product is great. My favorite part is that there's no harsh ammonia smell. Definitely worth a try if you are considering it.

I got Roots + Gloss + Blow Out + an extra moisturizing treatment. My roots came out perfect but everything else was the worst I've had in a very long time. I have bangs and even pointed out they were too long right now but to style them like curtain bangs. The stylist just blow dried everything straight back and it was all frizzy. I looked like I was electrocuted in a wind tunnel. I pointed all of this out and the stylist basically said, "I tried. Guess I should have used more serum." my hair looks same color as when I went in I hate it spent 200 dollars for nothing looks the same . Basically went in to get my forehead dyed because there is no color in my hair. Got home to just cry it's like I just gave them free money .
