Very disappointing. Scheduled a partial highlight service only to be told when I arrived that they don't do real highlights and can't lift hair very light. If they don't do highlights, please don't advertise as such. I paid a babysitter, drive across town and paid tolls to be told they don't have the very service they advertise.

I went in trying to get the red/ orange box color out of my hair by putting a light ash brown and hopefully accent highlights which I had inspiration for with a pic I left with super dark brown hair with no highlights at all As I was blowing dry my hair I noticed the color was super dark so much so the blonde highlights I once had at the ends are completely gone now. I did tip $5 for her time but I truly believe they didn't have the color I needed or she should of picked a litter tone because it's darker than my natural t... read more
