I really loved the color and it handled greys well. I have been using. A few times I went to their colorist who was good. But I noticed that even with a professional in the back I saw lighter lines of color and lighter roots even at the beginning. I have someone put it on professionally for me and it is the same. I used to like the way my hair felt but now not so much after using it consistently. I have not joined the club because that is not my thing. I would like to keep using but unsure.

There was no water to wash my color out!!! The staff tried to be as helpful as they could but the color stayed in longer than it should (50-55 mins) before they could wash aw much out as possible. I left with heavy conditioner and a shower cap. I realize this was a total mall issue but not one I'll forget anytime soon.
