I have been going to Madison Reed for approximately two years now. Overall I have been satisfied with the service that I receive from the staff and colorists at the Coconut Creek and the Boca Raton Salons. The only complaint I have, is that there is no phone service. A few times I have gone online to make my appointment, and for whatever reason, I arrive at the salon to discover that my appointment was not in the system. others have had the same complaint. Been coming here for about a year now and always happy with the service and how my hair looks after. Regardless of who does my hair on each visit I always have a great experience. Love that their products are made with healthy ingredients for your hair. Also love their self-dry station. Perfect for when you are short on time and can dry your hair quickly before heading out. Their app makes it super easy to book appointments and now open 7 days a week. No excuse to not have your hair perfect every day.

I loved their service and the coloring. The products are nice and I can color my roots as often as I want as I have the unlimited coloring. They have many locations around, so it's easy to find appointments that fit your schedule.

Super professional color salon. When my usual hairdresser was on vacation I decided it was time to try somewhere new. It's difficult to describe my problem with my highlights let's just say they were uneven & too yellow towards orange. When I booked at Madison Reed it was so different. Last night, I had my hair colored and washed by Natalia. She was terrific. Natalia consulted with me on slightly lightening my current shade. Also, she advised me of how much time was remaining before my hair was ready fto be washed. Natalia also gave me the most thorough and relaxing shampoo. The best shampoo that I have ever had at Madison Reed. Thanks Natalia.
