I stopped going to this salon. Management is nowhere but a local manager that changes like the wind. The colorists run the place and they have zero comraderie and talking to them is like talking to the wind. You leave with gray in your hair. Colorists change all the time and it's hit or miss. Skip it. Go to Only Color. Same concept and your treated great.

The first I went to Madison Reed Hair Color Bar in Coconut Creek I had a great experience with the color specialist Jessica. She explained set by step which colors and accents colors would look good on me. I was impressed with the results and I wanted to go back and she her since I was satisfied with the results. I made an appointment online since they had all the details with the previous services I got . TIPPING POLICY IS A RIPOFF!! If you're a member and get your entitled discoun, they charge tip based on THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT- that's just GREED that no other business does!! pay attention to your bill people. I could say a lot more but this is why Europeans laugh at us!

I had been coming to Madison for years. Until I came across this hairdresser from Trinidad. I was not even interested in remebering her name. She was not paying attention on the color I needed to achieve. All my highlight were completely gone. This hairdresser is not good. She also washed my hair but I had to stop her and I went home and washed my hair myself. This hairdresser should not be in this kind of service. Went in to get gray roots done and left with gray roots. It's a hit or miss at this location. They don't take care of the regular colorists that know what they are doing. They hire new people monthly because there is no clear way to contact the corporate offices to lodge a complaint. Some of the colorists have a horrible attitude and the management act like they are non touchable. It's ridiculous. These places are a dime a dozen.

I wouldn't recommend the stylists who work there. They seem inexperienced with hair coloring and don't appear confident in their skills.
