The staff were all very patient and friendly and my hair turned out better than I was hoping for. I have very long hair down to my waist. I was nervous that it would take too long for them as they are more of an express service. They took the proper amount of time to help me achieve the highlights that I wanted. They didn't try to rush, explained the process and how to book more time on follow up appointments. I would definitely recommend them!

Emilio is exceptionally talented at coloring hair. I had multiple light brown and light blonde colors that had turned warm in different sections in my long hair. I asked him if he could remove the warmth and bring it to a cool blondish look. It was a lot of detailed work, and he did a fantastic job. Their products smell great and have a lot of good ingredients. I became a member & very thankful.

This is a new location located in Palladio. It's my first time visiting and I had a good experience with Emilio today. I like the concept of them coloring and washing and then I can dry my hair and go! You can pay for specific services/add-ons or sign up for a monthly membership. They do not offer haircuts. Go check them out!

My colorist was patient and took good care in helping me choose the best option. However, I noticed a lack of transparency on the way services are introduced in additions for a fee. at the end the customer ends up either a monumental amount for the service. Suggestion is to openly publicized the service as not to keep adding as we move along. Not a good. budiness practice.

Very disappointed with overall experience. Went for color. Sat after the color for 2:30 hours since no one was available for wash. When I looked at the mirror the color was applied all over my forehead and half of face. Don't know whose fault it is assistant's or stylist who applied the color but ruined the experience for me. Had event to attend next day to attend and had hard time cleaning or hiding the color.

This was my second visit, and while my past experience has been great, this visit was unusually confusing and slow. My stylist was running late, and my 1.5‑hour appointment ended up taking about 3 hours with some gaps while she worked on another client. I had booked my free root service and a bonding promo that appeared free. I said twice that my highlights were fine today, but she still recommended a gloss and assured me it wouldn't change my color. Won't be back. I felt like I needed to apologize for getting my hair done, felt like an assembly line and not a treat. I asked for a natural looking partial highlights and I got blond chunky highlights with no symmetry. I hate it and don't know if I trust them to fix it.
