My hair was nicely colored, but they signed me up for the most expensive membership ($75)without telling me the other option which is a $45 per month. Who needs their roots done every 3 weeks? I typically have them done every 6-8 weeks.

I canceled my membership.. everyone that works there is very nice but I just don't think the products work for my hair.. it's never quite right, the lighting is awful.... my latest visit for a root touch up and partial highlights took almost 6 hours... because some my hair wouldn't lift and after washing and drying it was red, not blonde.. then after trying to correct it was blonde and platinum in some strands.. my hair looks fragile now and I'm afraid to curl it. Emilio was knowledgeable . I had a toner put on to lift my hilights I already had ...maybe slight difference but not worth the price . I did not know I could blow dry my own hair , they did not tell me that . I guess I should have checked the app . tThe girl who did my blow out made me look like a frizzy mess it was horrible for 28.00 .
