I had great service from Latoya. She listened carefully to my concerns and provided a solution. I left the store a satisfied customer. My color was more like what I had envisioned.

This place is getting kind of weird but there isn't anywhere else to go ... my hairdresser said that I would get a grey shadow on my head from getting a roots touch up.....

I had a bad color experience a couple of months ago and ended up with a color I really didn't like and pretty damaged hair. I went to Madison Reed to see what they could do based on their location, the ease of getting an appointment, and the thought that there wasn't any risk since I couldn't dislike the color much more than I already did. they do great work they really know what colors work best. My hair had been healthier since I switched to them.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and the manager Tia is an absolute amazing woman who genuinely cares about every client that walks in the shop. She knew I wasn't feeling well from a hospital procedure the day before and she offered me 2 ginger ales from her personal stash. She checked in on everyone constantly to see if anyone needed anything. And Taryn was cool too...I will definitely go back!

Nicole is AMAZING! Let me just say this now because she truly is. It was my first time getting my hair professionally colored since I moved here and my experience at Madison Reed was exceptional.
