WHat made the difference was the salesman, JoeNegrey. his sincerity to work with me, to explain the job, to listen to my financial sittation. I am 77 years old, and unemployed since 3/11/29, so money is tight. MY project is divided into 3 parts, first the roof, then Windows and siding, last its the patio. Other than a couple of miscommunications everything was done as expected.
I give magic a 5 star rating because, from the knowledgeable and friendly estimator to the scheduler and the install team these guys are pros, this is a family run business and I can tell because they take pride in their work. Magic was very competitive in the bid price, which to a blue collar family like ours that means so much. The day of install 6 or 8 guys showed up and everyone knew exactly what they needed to to. I have never ever seen a bunch of people work so hard in my life, and I work very hard for a living. They did excellent work, worked very clean - at the end of the first day everything was under a tarp, no debris, and top roof was complete, second day same thing except everything was done, nothing left on property super clean and the dumpster was already on a truck and was gone by the end of day 2.
