Magic did a great job, quick respond and very good price.I would recommend to anyone who need new roof or roof repair from Magic.
I got 4 estimates and Magic was the least expensive and offered the best materials and warranties through GAF. After installation the roof looks great and I know they did a great job. Luis also threw in last minute our shed (no additional cost to us), as I had noticed the roof had rotted decking. Cleanup was good but I found a few strips of nails and there is old underlayer bits on windowsills and around the property. Communication was lacking. They did a great job, can't complain, just didn't know when they were coming. They did a great job installing the shingles and roof vent, cleaned up the yard, and the gutter guys were there the next day as planned. All in all they did a great job!
Professional and polite work crew came with his very fair price for removal of 2 layers of old roof and replace with new asphalt GAF roofing system I wanted. He also recommended emplacement of storm drains and covers which I wanted to do anyway but as a separate project. He did it for a fantastic price so overall value went beyond replacing roof.
I met with them on Friday and they were on my roof at 8am Wednesday morning. I was surprised they worked with snow on the roof but they were in and out in a flash. Very polite and professional, delivered everything promised, on time and didn't leave one piece if debris behind! I highly reccomend Magic Roofing and will refer them to my friends and family!!
We spoke with a total of 5 roofing companies and selected Magic Roofing. Luis had an amazing presentation explaining step by step all that was involved replacing the roof.. The crew that came was very capable and polite and the cleanup was excellent.. We are very satisfied and would recommend Magic Roofing to our neighbors and friends..
