Magic removed and reinstalled a new chimney. The old stone chimney was pulling away from the house. We are happy with the work. A positive experience all around. It started with Bill who estimated the job - I selected Magic Roofing partially based on the thoroughness of that initial interaction. The project manager Dennis did a great job. He obviously takes great pride in making sure the job is done right. He kept me informed thru the whole process, answered all of my questions and made sure all of the little details were taken care of. Oh, and the roof looks great!
I� m very pleased w my roofing job. I had special issues w my chimney and flashing which project manager Luis Alvarado understood and came up w other ideas to fix it. Exceptionally satisfied with the job done by Magic in installing a new roof on our house. Starting with Bill in sales who explained in detail the process and answered all questions, to Dennis the project manager who oversaw the installation. Florida room roof had to be replaced, a small job. The crew that came out to replace it did the entire replacement (turned out to be 2 roofs one on top of the other) in about 3 hours. They cleaned up everything including doing a magnetic sweep of the areas wheee they had been working. I� m very pleased with the result.
