The rates are designed to enrich the company, not to provide a reasonable service. For example, a trouble-shooting charge was a flat $371.51, whether the process of trouble-shooting took 5 minutes or five hours. So I was charged this price to check my dishwasher power (which started at the breaker box and ended at the dishwasher), elapsed time under 15 minutes. Rodney was on time,diagnosed the problem quickly and always courteous. There is not a better person we could ask for to assist with our projects. Highly recommended.
I called them to look at an electrical problem at my store. I told them that I needed new batteries in my emergency lighting. They came out charged me a $69.00 service call annd never opened the lights to see what they needed. Justed quoted me a price that was doyble what replacing them would be. They then came back and and cut the price in half when I questioned the price. Beware, they will ripyou off.
