Maid Brigade could not do job, but John went out of his way to find someone for me.

Very professional and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do and more. I am planning on hiring them full time.
Lynn was very flexible with the appointment. I had to reschedule a few times due to renovation delays. On the day of, she showed up with 2 others. They worked continuously and did a great job cleaning my house. I was very pleased on how everything turned. My house has never been cleaner. Now I can move back home. I would highly recommend them for your cleaning needs. Thanks Lynn!
Very responsive, did a great job. Only issue was that the esimate (which was done over the phone) was off by over 20%
Very superficial cleaning. Didn't move anything to clean around it and only used windex on all surfaces including hardwood teak and other surfaces. Paid close to $400 for that.
Business response:
We are the only Green Clean Certified housecleaning franchise and use non-toxic products (NOT Windex). Yes, we use glass cleaner on wood as it does a great job cleaning all surfaces and is safe on furniture, including antiques. This customer thought the maids would move all furniture to clean. If we knew this before the cleaning we would have told her we, like most services, don't move furniture
