I didn't interact personally with the cleaners as I was at the new office site when they came. However, I did come by later to see their work and was completely satisfied!
The cleaning job was adequate but I was over charged and still have not received my $25 credit. The internet offered a $25 discount for services provided on Monday. I specifically requested Monday because of this offer. Also, Two ceiling fans were broken and they were eventually repaired but it took several weeks to repair. I would consider a better rating if/when I receive my credit refund.
My house looked the same 2 hours later and $170 less.
Very good for our first cleaning. Two girls were here and did an excellent job and spent more time then was probably predicted for the job. The house looked and smelled great and after a quick inspection didn't find anything that was missed. We now are doing weekly cleanings.
