My husband paid for a “deep cleaning” of our home to be done - a service for which we were quoted nearly $300. First, the team was over an hour late to their quoted arrival time. We understand that traffic happens, but we had to text and call to find out where they were. That alone is understandable however, when we arrived home the cleaning was mediocre at best. The driver of the company vehicle turned into a one-way lane and almost hit my car. Thankfully I was able to maneuver out of the way in time. This reflects poorly on the company. Considering that this is also not the first review about the poor performance of their drivers, this company needs to seriously reevaluate their practices for screening and monitoring their drivers.
I have used maid brigade off and on for quite some time. They are always consistently thorough, get cleaning done in good timeframe, reasonably priced. The gentleman who always answers my calls is so kind and accommodating. I have two little boys, so my house gets pretty messy quickly. Started getting them monthly because I was so impressed!
In the past, the same team would come to my condo thus resulting in continuity. Now it seems every month a different team is assigned to my account. When the team visited my condo on 9/18/24, they did an excellent job! I was very pleased.
