I certainly appreciate the overall job they do in the basic cleaning: vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, etc. A couple times one of the knobs on the microwave has been knocked off but fortunately I could find it and put it back. Reliable, honest, flexible The cleaners are reliable and do a very good job on a large house given the time allowed and the amount of stuff in the house (a lot). Personnel rarely changes, which is a good sign. The cleaners are personable and honest. The management has been flexible on those occasions when we have had to cancel or reschedule (home remodeling, etc.).
