They Do a Great Job I've been using Maid Brigade for the last couple of years. Every 3 weeks they do a major cleaning in my 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The only time they didn't do a good job and missed some dusting areas, they came back and cleaned the entire place free of charge. They're very flexible too. I don't really question the price. I Would Certainly Recommend Them to Anybody I've worked with Maid Brigade a number of times and they work really well. They go right ahead and get to work, then when they're done they ask me to come investigate and see if its up to my satisfaction. The price is all set, but I'm willing to pay it if they do a decent job. I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

Suprised how I am not sneezing anymore Marcy is the one who mostly answers the phone. I call that morning of my house cleaning and she gives me the window the team will be here. They were really nice and did a great job! Really good service and they cleaned my place really good. Very friendly and easy to work with.
Great Work But Expensive I had back surgery recently and needed help with cleaning the house. The Maid Brigade served that purpose well. The top to bottom cleaning they did which was sorely needed was exceptional. The routine weekly cleaning done after that was good but very expensive and I believe over-priced. I stopped the service after a month and resumed doing the work by myself and I have not regretted that...
Some areas not cleaned. Not as complete of a clean as I expected. Tops of baseboards and door jams not cleaned. Was told that spots or dirty areas on walls would be cleaned. Not done even thou walls where not painted with flat paint.
