The 2 young ladies that cleaned My house did an excellent job. My home not only looked great it smelled great. I am not using them now not because of their service but because of the price we couldn't come to terms on and I am On a set budget.
I have been using Maid Brigade of the Triad for four years and they never disappoint. They always accommodate me if I need a schedule change. The crews are on time and respect my home. My house sparkles and shines when they are done. They are kind, courteous and friendly, as well as fast and efficient. Bonus: They are sweet to my dog, Patches, and she loves their visits. I have referred them to friends.
They started off great but after a month they seemed like they were just rushing to get through. The little touches like making sure things are back in place once it's dusted. Forgetting their equipment. Leaving door unlocked after leaving. I want to walk in my house and feel that it is clean and not have a feeling that someone had invaded my space and really didn't care.
The Purple Team was amazing! They were polite, thorough, and did a great job. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you!
