Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home for a few months now and I'm really satisfied with their work. Mike is an excellent communicator. Polite, prompt responding and I love knowing exactly when they will be coming a day in advance. The crew is awesome and they do a great job. We had a different service before and we got tired of all the last minute cancellations and inconsistent service. Maid Brigade has been extremely consistent and I love how clean they leave my home. Highly recommend.
Great communication. We had a vacant home that required a deep clean and it took extra time above the initial quote; however, they called to confirm it would be okay to proceed and provided an updated quote. They sent two cleaners that were very friendly. They did a good job, only missing a few small things. They did a spectacular job on the fridge! Thank you!
We've been using Maid Brigade since 2007. They always do a great job. They're always happy to work with us if we have special scheduling issues to work around (a guest arriving, carpets being cleaned, etc.), or if I'd just like to know when the team is arriving. We usually get the same crew, and they're very attentive to the way things work in our house. The other crews fill in occasionally and do a fine job.
We have been using Maid Brigade for a few years now and we love them. I can count on the team to be on time always. The office team is great as well. They let me know a day before what time to expect the team to arrive. I have had a great experience using Maid Brigade and will continue using them. Five stars!!!!
I've been a satisfied customer for over a year and am still 100% happy with my Maid Brigade cleaning service. My house is immaculate. All cleaning products are safe and biodegradable and safe for use around my pets. My cleaning team (not the same every single time) is punctual, careful, and respectful of my things.
