The service I received from Maid Brigade was outstanding. My house is spotless. The team that cleaned were thorough and very considerate. I am so glad I contacted Maid Brigade. Mike in customer service has also been very helpful and courteous.
Maid Brigade has been cleaning our home for a few months now and I'm really satisfied with their work. Mike is an excellent communicator. Polite, prompt responding and I love knowing exactly when they will be coming a day in advance. The crew is awesome and they do a great job. We had a different service before and we got tired of all the last minute cancellations and inconsistent service. Maid Brigade has been extremely consistent and I love how clean they leave my home. Highly recommend.
Great communication. We had a vacant home that required a deep clean and it took extra time above the initial quote; however, they called to confirm it would be okay to proceed and provided an updated quote. They sent two cleaners that were very friendly. They did a good job, only missing a few small things. They did a spectacular job on the fridge! Thank you!
My Maid Brigade teams over the years have been efficient, well-guided, and always trustworthy. Every now and then there have been minor mishaps, but I was always told with handwritten, sweet apologies from the workers themselves, left on my table, in full view.
