I feel like when you do a quote on the home for the amount of hours that you recommend as a company and you still can’t get the work done you are a fraud. They recommended a six hour cleaning for the size of my home and did not even get half of my house finished and charge me $330 is some BS!!! I understand when you send out to people you are to cut the hours and a half but if you’re training someone you should still give that person the amount of hours you suggested. We had a terrible experience with our first clean. Crumbs and dog hair still all over the floors. Smudged appliances, and the worst of it: whatever they used to clean the stove scratched the heck out of the steel on our brand new stove.
RecommendedWhen I came home after Cheyanne and Shauna cleaned today, I thought I walked into the wrong house. I had to walk back outside and check the numbers on the mailbox to make sure I was at the right place. I have never seen the house so clean before. it's insane.
They were hired to deep clean a house my clients bought. After coming back two times, the house was still dirty. We had to hire another company to get the job done.
They charged me $176.50 for a “49 point checklist” The pro didn’t do anything I’ve crossed off in the second list. I have no furniture to move or clean, no beds to be made, nothing to move or clean around, and they still charged me almost $200 and still didn’t do parts of the list that I do have. We had maidpro out to clean. I am so shocked at what they did... or I guess did not do. The only way I knew they were here was the paperwork left on my counter and the ring doorbell showing the come and go. No dusting, vacuuming, didn’t clean a mirror, garbage left. They even spilled a scenery pot and left it so now not only did the house NOT get cleaned, but I have to clean up after them. Like they did absolutely nothing. Horrible! Sadly, I cannot speak to the quality of their service, because I could not get them to actually come to my condominium unit. I called on Monday of last week to schedule service. I was told that they would put me down for Thursday or Friday this week and that someone would call me from the local office by the end of the week (last week). No one called me the end of last week. Absolutely horrible. Had them do a move out cleaning, only things that were done was the floors. Windows, cupboards, toilets, sinks, all left DISGUSTING. Have called multiple times to have them go back to redo, it’s been almost a month and they have not been back out there. Terrible customer service. Terrible problem solvers. Terrible at working with you to resolve the problem. Would not ever recommend!
Have several different people to come to my house some were just bad, left one bathroom with obvious tales that it haven't been cleaned. Kitchen at times had stuff on floor suck to your socks. The biggest thing that determined I will not use them again is I ask for notice when new person was coming to give my older dog calming medication and they sent someone out with out a call and when they were turned away due to dogs anxiety they charged me 50.00 and like I said they had agreed to call first.
