The “professionals” of MaidPro of Southwest Florida scammed me. The shower floors weren’t touched. There was still hair left in the drain. There was still urine around the base of a boy’s bathroom toilet. Stay away from this MaidPro unless you want to be out $500 for work a toddler could do. Shameful business practices.
A few weeks ago we hired maid pro to do a Deep Clean to our home, they didn’t even vacuum our home looks like the broom the bed room carpet, they didn’t clean any baseboards didn’t wipe down blinds etc looks like they came here wiped down counters and watched tv. Called the next day to complain they lady that answered the phone just apologized!!! The owner didn’t even bother calling to see what had happened. I definitely wouldn’t recommend maidpro of Fort Myers what a waste of money.

i applied and i am friggin 51 and they went back more than 7 yrs. lol its ok i got hired by another company a week later. i think this place is over rated and all the videos are wY wY too much! its too bad becvuse i would and im great! now where i work the customers love me. i can tackle 2000 sq myself in 4 to 5 hrs. you guys lose and im gonna blast you all iver facebook and instagram too
I am very unhappy with the service that was provided as well as the lack of follow up after being told the manager, Jeanie, would follow up with me the today, (2/27/19) the day after my initial clean. I was referred to the company by a friend that uses this service and was aware of her cost and since her house was larger than mine (by over 500 sq ft), I obviously assumed my cost would be less than hers. Recently restarted service after home improvements. The one request I had was to receive the usual 48 hr reminder call and/or email as a courtesy since my husband and I are both on the go with work and travel. No call, no email and our credit card was charged. Will never use your service again.
