Do not use! Promised us our deep clean would take 6/7 hours and it did not. After 7 hours they only finished half the house. My family had to eat dinner upstairs as the cleaners were at our house close to 10 hours. Lousy company half ass cleaning.
Worse experience ever! I cannot believe the lack of customer service from a rather large company, but here we are.. they damaged an item in my home, I emailed the contact to advise and was told that the ladies said they did not damage anything, so I must be wrong. The contact then continued in the email that if they damaged anything they would tell her or they would be disciplined if a complaint came in. However, my complaint was found to be untrue?
