Had annual Cleaning / tuneup service performed 10/12/16 a few days later when heat was called for observed a puddle of water under boiler (had not previously leaked). Place call for service, technician was back out within a day and made some adjustments. A few days later had the same condition water on floor under boiler. Another technician was dispatched same day and made some additional adjustment, so far it has not leaked again

This is the service I usually use - different worker- Joe (from Jersey). I have had good workers. This was Joe's first visit. He cleaned and checked the ceramic electrodes, , oil filter, burn unit and filters, etc. He reminded me that my filter was washable and should be "changed"-cleaned monthly. He protected the cement floor in the furnace room and cleaned up appropriately. You have the email address and all of the info requested -that is how I received this mail.
