For the most part, we were pleased. One thing that could have been better: When the tank was removed, the door leading from the basement to the kitchen was badly gouged on the basement side by the tank - this could have been avoided had the door been taken off the hinges (two pins holding it in place-quick removal. Not a big deal as it isn't on the kitchen side of the door, but could easily have been avoided. Otherwise, very pleased with the job they did. Thank you.
