UPDATE: 12/21/2021 After posting my initial review I received a follow-up call and email from Main Care's Customer Communications Manager, Laurie G. Fumarola, who was very professional and determined to reach an amicable solution to my situation and ensure I receive the heating service I needed. She followed up with her technician to fix my heating situation and to perform an inspection of my heating unit.
