Our annual service was interrupted by a power outage and the furnace could not operate after power was restored. Main Care technician and Field Supervisor Joe Blanchet returned after power was restored and completed annual service and had heating system up and operating promptly. The service representatives were professional, completed the job in reasonable time. When the service team was hold up at another job, we were advise that they would be here as soon as possible.(which they were). Thank you for your assistance.

My service has been excellent, though I still have problems with the boiler going on for 30 seconds and then stopping. On my return from Sweden, Sept. 27, I would like for you to come up and take a second look. Respectfully, Inga Tomson
