The WORST customer service experience I have ever had ANYWHERE!! I have been a member here for nearly 5 years. I cannot take money out if my account to pay the contractors working on my house. The bank flags my withdrawals EVERYTIME as fraud! Then, im told all I need to do is call and they will authorize it. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone and NO ONE WILL ANSEER!! Been a member for awhile now and can say they are nice people. My disappointment comes from lack of common sense. I am disabled and a liability to any employer due to theses disabilities. I found a way to start a small business to one day come off benefit's and provide better for my family and have a business to pass on. I have direct deposit and was willing to have a direct payment taken from my account. I took 6 titles in for collateral, all to old they say. We came in and closed an account with $6000 in it. The lady that helped us, Miss Lee (?} made no attempt to salvage the account. She apologized about understaffing and other issues that the branches were all having. We did not feel valued or important.

It took forever to make my deposit- as if they were checking each bill by hand. I took out a deposit from one bank and put it in yours. I think the hold-up was because I was black, if a white male had made the deposit I don't think it would have taken as long. Please don't count me a criminal because I am a black customer, bad antics and it made me think twice about using your banking.
I ordered a debit card on March 27th at the downtown Olathe branch and your system said it was not ordered by you until the 14th of April. I have been without a debit card for three weeks and it is expected to take another 3 to 4 weeks. This is unacceptable when other banks will give you a new card on the spot.
