Shawn went out of his way to help us. Our refridgerator crashed right after Thanksgiving. Shawn came the day we called, even though it was well working hours. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. Charges were reasonable, and we are up and running the day thecpart wascreceived. Highly recommend!

Shawn was an outstanding Tech....you need to hire more people like him. He went out of his way to fix my dryer when the wrong parts was given. Thanks Shawn
He was prompt in calling me. Immediately after my request. He was in constant communication in scheduling, being very flexible to arrive as soon as possible. He called before arriving which was great. He addressed the problem quickly and had it working within 45 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again!
Shawn was great as always. Called him and two days later he was able to visit to repair a dishwasher issue. Amazing communication and kept me updated every step. He was even flexible in visiting outside business hours. Customer Service is perfect. I will be using him again in the future!
