My mother moved into Majestic Care of Carmel in September. Obviously this is was a big change for my mother as she has lived independently for 91 years. I was not sure how she would take the change but she has been very happy. She really likes everything that hey have to offer and the staff have gone above and beyond to make the transition smooth. There is great attention to detail by staff, responsive maintenance, welcoming community, etc. My parents love their new place! I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one. They have affordable options and are very responsive.
A little sterile no exactly homey, but a good price. Good sized apartments. Marketing person was knowledgeable.
We met with [name removed] from Majestic and she showed us a studio apartment. She answered all of our questions and gave us a complete tour of all of the various activities, cafeteria and we met a few residents. [name removed] is awesome and we believe that Majestic would be a great fit for my mother.
They did great assisting mom getting into her new place. The staff is super friendly and she likes it there. She was a bit skeptical at first, but has made it home.
They are genuinely very nice and caring about their residents, I have had some issues but that's to be expected. Helping, kind, caring, supportive, engaging.

We could give a 5 for each category. Especially the value for the money. Other places are quite a bit more but we don't need a swimming pool. Make appointment with [name removed], the marketing director. She knows everything and can answer questions best. Take a tour of facility. Probably will be invited to have lunch there

Staff is awesome, loving , and supportive.
I seldom write reviews, but I couldn’t help myself but to do so regarding [name removed], the Marketing Director at Majestic Care. She has been extremely instrumental with keeping my father happy and managing him during challenging times. She is caring, well-trained, compassionate and full of humor and good cheer. She treats my father like a family member and goes above and beyond to make him comfortable at the facility.
