discharge left a lot to be desired. No assistance or checkout process Family was left on their own and just walked out One instance where visitor waited an hour for assistance to locate a patient and patient missed a meal having overslept. Visitor had to call to get food delivered. Other than that, it was a good facility and they provided care needed. They had to make adjustments due to her condition and kept us informed at all times, even regarding minor incidents.

I believe that this was the best place for my mom. You have 24/7 access to her. The staff are welcoming and from day one they all called mom by name and were quick to recognize me as associated with her. The nursing staff is attentive and call if anything changes with my mom's health or needs. You are greeted with a friendly word as you enter the facility. Couldn't have picked place for Mom.

Majestic care assisted has been the BEST place for my mom. She has been there in the assisted living community for about 18 months. All the staff there have been receptive to our needs for my mom, even down to the smallest detail. I ask for certain things to be done and it is accomplished quickly. Lia Price is awesome!! I am absolutely 100% satisfied with this place my mom now calls home! From management to the Nurses, CNA's. I have no complaints whatsoever. Staff are wonderful, friendly and available to talk if I need them. Facility is clean and well manicured. My mom's room is spacious and beautiful. I am thankful she is there, close to my home and well taken care of!! They need someone at the front desk during normal work hours. There is never anyone at the nurses stations to help with information. Meals were good when we first moved then it went downhill quick. Apartments are clean but hallways could use some work.

Both of my grandparents moved into the assisted living unit at Majestic Care Of Fairfield in June of this year. I can not express enough how much the staff truly cares about them. [name removed]has been with us every step of the way and is a true blessing. The facility is very clean and well managed. The residents always have something to do from shooting pool to playing bingo and going to church. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful!

I visit my Granny often and I can't say enough great things about this place. When my family leaves, we know she is taken care of, safe and happy. She loves the food too! The staff always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Our loved one was only there for respite care but for the length of stay the value for cost was great, very reasonable.

We chose Majestic Care because I was very impressed with the facility and the staff after our tour. We went to sample lunch and it was good, it was not institutional which was important. She absolutely raves about the food now. They were accommodating with the apartment that she got. The staff have been here for a long time which tells me they are doing something right, they have been amazing.
