WOW what service! I screwed up in filling out my name (how hard can that be- right) I used my form filler software and I just didn't catch the fact that it put in my email address in the spot where my last name goes so it read my first name, middle initial, and then my email address. So I went to edit it and found out that the system will not allow you to do this (the only thing, I think, in the whole process that you can't edit) and that I had to call their customer support to get it changed.
