I have been here twice and both times I've had a rough experience. The first time I went I showed a stylist a photo and an element wasn't there. It was a bit different but he communicated and that was fine, but what wasn't was he wasn't careful and cut the chain to a locket that was given to me that was 1/11 and didn't even offer to fix what he broke.
