Carlos is the GOAT! Extremely efficient, Mr scissor hands. Killer cut. Love coming to this place when I visit fam. It's unfortunate I don't live down here, but will make it a point to hold off on getting one at home so I can get one at this place when I visit.
Great service provided by Carlos. was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut before Xmas. Great vibe from him and did an amazing job.
Asked for an eyebrow TRIM. The barber SHAVED MY ENTIRE EYEBROW OFF then blamed ME. When I called him out, he started calling me names and racial slurs. Then he THREATENED TO HIT ME if I didn't get out of his chair. I had to call the POLICE. Then I had to go to another barbershop to fix the damage. Enter at your own risk. If they mess up, it's YOUR fault. They shave off your eyebrow? YOUR fault. You complain? They threaten to hit you and call you slurs. I've filed complaints with the Florida
Not so friendly and not a "chill" environment more like you went to sport cuts or something.
Called ahead and was told the only appointment available was 10:45. I asked for 11, but they insisted it had to be 10:45, so I dropped everything and rushed over to make it on time. I waited over 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment and was never acknowledged by either barber -- only by the kid behind the counter, the same one who told me it had to be 10:45. Don't get a haircut w Marco the fucked my hair by leaving half long half short when I didn't ask for it i had to cut it even now I gotta wait so long to have it how it was, I miss Sarah she the waa the best barber at that store ong
Ended up passing on a haircut after I saw that they did a haircut on somebody that clearly had some sort of infectious breakout. Then the barber washed her hands like she was going to put them up for sale on eBay and without seeing any real cleaning of her station asked me to come over and sit down. Needless to say, I walked out.
I asked for a simple taper fade and nothing off the top. The edge up was horrible and i still had hairs on my neck. It was so rough i had to touch up my haircut when i got home. Definitely not worth the money (mind you the haircuts start at 40$ which is insane)
